As is often the case, to get a 140 score is a little hard. But it isn't impossible.
First, you need to have a good listening skill. That will ensure that you won't lose any score in the listening. After that , remember more phrases. The single choice questions need them.
Next you need read more and improve your sence of English.  Then accelerate your reading speed. That will save a lot of time for our writing. Last, the writing. I really don't know a good way other than to recite some good examples.
