去原文收听听力A：My toothache started nearly a month ago. The pain's been keeping me awake. Would you please have a look?  
我的牙痛大约一个月前就开始了。晚上痛得睡不着觉。请你帮我检查 一下好吗？
B：Open your mouth, please. Which one?  
请张开嘴。哪颗牙？
A：The one right at the back.  
就是最后面的那颗。
B：I'm afraid we can’t save that one. It will have to come out.  
这颗牙恐怕保不住了，得拔掉它。
A：Will it hurt much?  
拔牙很痛吗？
B：I'll give you an injection, then you won't feel pain.  
我会给你打一针，这样你就不感到痛了。
B：(5 minutes later) OK, it's all over. Spit there and bite the cotton ball tightly in place for half an hour.
