这份简历总的来说描述的很详细，把自己的教育背景，工作经验等等都做了详细的描述，但是也是有一些不足之处，他没有介绍他所参加过的活动，是否担任过领导职位或者所获得的荣誉。但是也确实不需要这些，因为他的工作经验已经表明他的能力。
