前两句都有错误
1.应该是high enough。
2.应该是Are you .....。
I think the third sentence is right

1、too +adj.……to do sth =not  
太……而不能做某事(尽管句中没有表否定的词，但它表达的意思是否定的。）
2、adj.+enough  to do sth.   
足够……做某事（表肯定意思）
这两个是一对反义词。
3、第三句句意不通。
所以我觉得：Why is she speaking for them?
speak for  替……讲话

    speak for也有“支持某人（的观点）”。我看到这个句子，就这么觉得。没什么，也许是感觉，也许是经验。改错题不可能给你上下文。相信你的第一眼直觉。
     做改错和选择题时，我们要看到一道题，就能知道这道题是考你什么知识点？是时态用法错误，还是介词用错，还是用不用定冠词，还是固定短语搭配错误比如too……to,so……that,more +比较级+than等等。不仅要练的多，还要常总结，做好笔记。
