Ok, I need sugar, milk, flour and eggs. For here the eggs and here’s the milk. Here is the sugar. Hey where is the flour? I must have flour.
Markel: Here it is, Mary.

leave with的基本翻译
①给留下；②把遗留给(某人)；③把留给(某人)照管：
这里应该是第一个意思，全句可以翻译为“嗯，你需要将咖啡留作早餐吗？”
