英语新词：沙尘回流 dust backflow


      上周末，由于外来沙尘侵扰和沙尘回流影响，北京市连续三天空气质量均超标。但21日北京的沙尘天气将消散，空气质量会大为好转。
      请看新华社的报道：
      Dusts backflowcontinues to contaminate Beijing's air--Dusts which polluted Beijing's air Friday backflowed Saturday from Beijing's east and south and continued to contaminate the capital's air on Sunday, according to an environmental expert.
      沙尘回流继续污染北京空气——据一位环境专家称，周五污染北京空气的沙尘将从北京东部和南部回流，并在周日继续影响京城的空气质量。
      在上面的报道中，dust backflow就是“沙尘回流”，也就是沙尘离开某地后再杀“回马枪”，重新影响当地的天气和空气质量。而capital backflow（资金回流）则指的是将之前买进的东西重新卖出所得的资金。
      20日，本已大部分移出北京的浮尘被东南风从华北地区吹了回来。受此次沙尘回流影响，北京再次出现floating dust weather（浮尘天气），造成空气质量below normal standard（下降、低于正常标准）。浮尘天气或sand and dust weather（沙尘天气）会导致空气的visibility（能见度）降低，inhalable particles（可吸入颗粒物）增多，air quality（空气质量）下降。
