where do these sentences come from? it is a little bit confusing.I just translate them according my comprehending.
1,The restless mind is a waste of time.
心烦气躁只是浪费时间
Life is not tasty,there would be no life experience.
没有丰富的生活阅历，才导致了生活的无趣。

只是我自己的理解啊，不对别拿砖拍我哦，呵呵，相信你不会的
