Shopping can make you happy, a study has found.
   英国《每日邮报》21日报道：研究发现，购物可以使人快乐。

      Treating yourself to something nice at the shops apparently has a “lasting positive impact on mood” and leaves “few if any negative emotional side-effects”.
    享受商店里一些美好的物品显然可以给情绪带来“持久的积极影响”和“较少的负面影响”。

    Have a try.You will find "Travel alone" is wonderful.No one knows you and no one will interrupt you,every tiny thing is made decision by yourself.Then ,you will find you are powerful.

non.I have no money...but maybe I would buy some food...I want something to eat when I am in bad mood .It is a awful habit!Maybe it is why I am fat ..I 'd like to chose walk around when I feel bad,just try my best....I always let everything go and put eveything aside when I feel depressed...
