标题: 新人求助听力，有个短语没听懂，谢谢啦 [打印本页]

我在听一段听力时有个短语，是主持人说的，每一集都会出现，比如在这个链接的8分40秒到8分55秒：http://www.tingroom.com/lesson/czddmy/118003.html
听起来读作〔‘fluen 'si 'bjuzer〕（这是我按照读音乱编的，因为不知道是什么词，所以只能这样表达了），
请问哪位高手可以结合上下文告诉我是什么意思吗？谢谢了！
BTW，在这段听力的
3分55秒到4分05秒中，‘language take away’是什么意思？字典里查不到呀

I guess the answer you want is Fluency Builder after listening several times
and... as the Chinese counterpart of language take away，I can't find accurate one to explain it， but I think it means the name of the next segment，it could be understood as the details of words according to the context
