if you want to do it by yourself, you can prepare a recorder.
but i think the best way is to find a good teacher help you

Chinglish is we express in English but in our mind we are thinking in Chinese way. It's different from Pronunciation.
About Pronunciation, how to improve it?It's very simple.Practice more,listen more,and when I communicate with others I will let others correct my fault.
