A：OK darling, got some pizzas, potato chips, hot dogs and lots of cheese! 亲爱的，买些披萨，薯条，热狗和多买一些奶酪。

B：Oh John, I thought we said we would start eating right! Remember? Our new healthy lifestyle? That’s all junk food! 约翰，我们刚说过要吃健康的食物，我们新的健康的生活方式呢？你说的那些都是垃圾食品。


A：Hrumph! Right, so what did you get? 那你买了什么？


B：Well, healthy food , of course! I got some whole wheat bread, skimmed milk, fresh fish and organic carrots... 当然是健康食物，我买了全麦免票，脱脂牛奶，新鲜的鱼和有机胡萝卜


A：Organic? What’s organic? Do we need organic carrots...? 有机的？什么是有机的？我们需要有机胡萝卜吗？


B：They were grown without using any chemicals that are harmful to our health. And yes, John, we need organic carrots... 那是不用对人体有害的化学植物栽培的。约翰，我们确实需要有机胡萝卜。


A：Oh, so organic vegetables are the green option, right? 有机胡萝卜是健康的选择，对吗？


B：Yup, better for the environment and better for us! 对环境和对我们都更有益。


A：Wait a minute, that?... Doughnuts? They organic doughnuts, Kelly? 等一下，油炸圈饼？凯利？那是有机油炸圈饼？


B：I like doughnuts. 我喜欢油炸圈饼。
