You can take your time though.

但是你可以慢慢做。

Take your time是一个很常用的短语，指的就是你可以慢慢来，不用着急。例如我们的校车每次停下来，车门一打开，司机就会说"Take your time." 他的意思就是叫我们慢慢来，不用太匆忙。

经常看到的都是 take your time 很少加though的

Yes,it's the first time that i see "though" in it.

though （副词，可以用在句末补充说明，使语气减弱）不过，可是
