1 not pass the exam 表示没有通过考试
2to not make the grade  也是没有通过考试
3 to pass muster  表示人品好 eg  He didn't pass muster 表示人本来就不合格
4a totally wash-out  大失败
5 to flunk a text 考得好很惨
6I botched the text ,botched 表示搞砸了，考得特别惨，甚至是自己名字的拼写都记不住了
7I totally blew  考得惨
