A US military plane carrying diplomats is on the way to a military base in Germany after leaving Yemen Tuesday. The state department ordered the evacuation of non-essential staff because of what it calls extremely high potential of a torrorist attack. it issued a travel warning for Yemen and urges US citizens who've decided not to leave to limit their movements. VOA's **** reports.
