I'm Vincent Bruce reporting from Washington. At least twelve people reportedly have been killed in Balad, an Iraqi Shi'ite town north of Baghdad in a suicide bomber attack. The attack follows an almost identical incident that killed at least sixteen people at the same cafe six weeks ago.
