Good morning, Everyone! I am katie.
I am poor in English, especically in speaking and listening. Now I work in a international trade company, so I hope I can find good method to improve my English level.
Yesterday I saw a customer which is from India, I can not understood his words, and I did not know what I can say to him. We usually can not comunicate fluently when we are on face to face.
Please help me.

i used to suffer this kind of embarrassment like you,but after long time's practice here,I am confident enough now and i can express myself freely,so i think you just need more practice. 1# katiehuang

May I know how to practise?
I do not have the person who can communicate with me in English fact on face, so I usually say something with myself, but I do not know if there have mistakes on my expresstion.
