hello, everybody! I 'm new here.

the reason I come here is that I found my listening is so poor that I hardly understand my foreign customers' words,

and this embarraseded me! So I swird I should take some actions to improve my listening!

ok, Maybe I should improve my spelling too^^^^^^^^
