不太懂“doesn't have to be you” 放在这里是什么意思，是什么用法。大家帮忙解答一下。谢谢！

barks orders应该理解为发号施令，指手划脚吧。

楼主。先说一下，你的标题语法是有问题的。把Does去掉。do作为助动词的时候不能与can情态动词连用。取其一即可。do作为实意动词的时候（意思是做），可以跟can一起用，比如，I can do it。
关于这种长句子，刚开始的方法是分解。提炼出主谓宾。
所以，这句话应该是：The bitch boss doesn't have to be you。
而定语从句：The bitch boss who throws her weight around
                  The bitch boss who barks orders
                  The bitch boss who is generally focused on herself while making her employees                         miserable（这个定于从句还含有一个并列句）。
意思嘛，这个要联系上下文理解。我猜测跟@kobe所说的意思是一样的。
