The secret to happiness is keeping busy。。。it is quite reasonable，I think.At least when you are occupied,you don't have  time to think too much ,you can forget your trouble for a while ...however, if you are always busy,you would be too tired to feel happy.In that case ,the endless work would change to the pressure...that is terrible..
