To read above story or topic , i found i get some lesson learn .
Yes , Keeping busy is the method to be happy , It is true for me ,fully agreed .
In past years , I were always busy with my work , and then i have no spare time to complain / argue with my husband .but I felt happy due to i got lots of experiences in work .
But these days , i'm in lazy status and the negative emotions , and the argument with my folks is coming as well .
So I will try to find something to do ,no matter physical or mental
