F: Why are they doing this?
M: The want to keep guns out of the street.
F: Who will turn in the gun for 200 dollars.
M: That's a good deal.
F: A good gun cost  400 dollars or more.
M: Well, if you bring your receipt, maybe I'll give you 400 dollars.
F: I'll keep my receipt and my gun.
