B:  He won’t be until 10:45, so the earliest would be 11.
A:  Is 12:40 any good?
B:  Yes, I'll  make a note for it. But I’m not sure of it.
A:  It doesn't matter. I can wait to  4:00pm.
B:  That’s good. We'll manage during that time.
