Tonight,we had a outdoor fitness test,the test project contains :do sit-ups in one minute,run 50 meters,run 800 meters!The most terrible is that we have no time to have a rest,we must test three continuously.I did 36 sit-ups in one minute,then I ran 50 meters in 9.7 seconds!After then,my legs are very acid,but I have to run 800 meters at once! Although tired,pain,unconscious....,I adhered to the last!I am proud of myself!
