Intellegence
Are some people born clever and others born stupid? Or intellegence  developed by our environment and our experience. Strangly enough  the answer to these questions is yes.To some extent are intelleggence is  the given birth.
no special education can make genius out of child born with low intellegence. on the other hand ,   a child who lives  in a boring environment  will develop his intellegence less than one who lives in rich and its surroundings.
thus the limits of the persons 'intellegence  are fixed at birth wether or not he rich his limits will depend
on his environment
This view held by  most experts now can be supported in the number of ways as is easy   to show that the intellegence is to some extence something we are born with.The closer the blood relationship between two people is,the closer they are likely to be in the tellegence.
