Issue with router, help

Hi to all!. I some time ago bought new computer and reinstalled my OS, and i have a lot of problems that i wanted to resolve, but i don't know how. I used mac os, but i've installed win7 and i think that there are some issues with firewall. I can't use apache channel because it's also not working and a lot of ports are not visible to other clients from the internet. Perhaps, it is a problem with cisco, but I'm not sure. What do you think?
