I am so glad to be a member here.

customers, difficult, believe, practice, everyone
Hi everyone , i am so glad to introduce myself. I  work as a support engineer in a foreign company.I need to communicate with customers in English every day. This is my first time to work in English environment.  So i feel difficult to talk with customers in English. I need more practice , so i want to join you. I believe that i can make progress everyday.
