PS: 个人认为Well，the die is cast 翻译成“木已成舟”或者“生米煮成熟饭”更符合翻译“信、达、雅”的原则。die在这里是模具的意思，cast是浇铸的意思，字面意思就是说模具都已经浇铸好了。
