Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is back in court today. 86-year-old Mubarak appeared in a Cairo courtroom to again face trial for the complicity in the deaths of hundreds of protesters during the Arab Spring uprisings of 2011. Today's proceeding is a retrial.
