U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Beijing on the third stop of a regional tour aimed partly at urging China and its neighbors to agree on a system for resolving territorial disputes in the South China Sea. Speaking earlier, Secretary Clinton says she wants China to work with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations on a code of conduct for managing the disputes.
