The New York-based rights group Friday released a statement saying soldiers and pro-government armed militias are also sexually abusing women as well as girls as young as 12 years old.The group based its report on interviews with former detainees who described being sexually abused or witnessing abuses,including rape,beatings and electric shocks.人权观察组织称,在叙利亚国内15个月来持续升级的反对总统巴沙尔·阿萨德政权的活动中,叙利亚政府军对包括男孩在内的羁押者进行性暴力虐待。总部设在纽约的人权组织星期五发表了一份声明,称政府军和亲政府武装分子也对包括11岁女童在内的妇女进行性虐待。该组织在对之前曾被拘留者进行采访后发表了该声明。这些被拘留者或是受到过性虐待,或是目睹了包括强奸、毒打及电击等暴行。
