Timo Tolkki，1966年3月3日生于芬兰的Klaukkala，是芬兰首席古典旋律金属大老Stratovarius乐队的当家吉他手,其个人风格深受 Ritchie Blackmore、Randy Rhoads 等前辈的影响。他以浓厚的古典音乐背景为其基础，并以巴洛克调式音阶理论编写乐句。这些年来 Timo 为腾云创作出经典乐曲的同时， 也致力于个人专辑的制作。 1994 年发表的个人首张作品 "Classical Variations and Themes"，部份内容取材自古典乐曲。
2002 年发表第二张个人作品 “Hymn To Life” 《Are you the One》选自他的第二张专辑，这首歌是荷兰哥特厄运乐队within temptation主唱sharon den adel与timo tolkki合作的结晶。
timo tollki 即是乐队的名子，也是主唱兼吉他手Timo Tolkki 的名字．
这首歌是within temptation 主唱sharon与timo tolkki合作的结晶，作品很棒，旋律优美,金属氛围浓,无论是女声还是那段吉他solo，都深情的要人命，有种断肠之情。歌曲选自timo tolkki第二张个人专辑《hymn to life》中。
