At least 35 people have died after a high speed train crashed into a stalled train in China's eastern province of Zhejiang on 23 July, causing four carriages to fall off a bridge.
7月23日晚，在中国东部城市浙江温州，一高速行驶的动车撞上因失去动力而停滞的动车，造成四节车厢脱轨掉落桥下。事故共造成至少35人死亡。
Another 210 people have been taken to hospital following the accident which occurred after the first train lost power due to a lightning strike and was then hit from the back by another bullet train following it.
当时正值雷雨天气，一动车遭到雷击而失去动力被迫停车，从而造成另一动车追尾，事故发生后210多名伤患被紧急送往医院救治。






A preliminaryinvestigation by the Zhejiang provincial government showed that four coaches of the moving train fell off the viaduct, the official Xinhua news agency reported. The cars plunged about 20-30 metres from the elevated section of track.
据新华社报道，事故后，浙江省政府给出的初步调查指出共四节车厢掉落到了高架桥下，掉落段的高架桥更是达到20至30米。
