1, you are certifiable: means crazy
Eg: You are certifiable if you think I`ll go with you,that`s the last thing in the world I want to do.
      你疯了以为我和你一起去，这是我最不想做的事情

2, where there is a will there is a way 有志者事竟成
Eg: I know that you don`t think that I can do a success,but where there is a will there is a way,I can do it.
     我知道你们都不认为我会成功，但是有志者事竟成，我可以成功的。

3, turn someone in 公开，举报，告发
Eg: I saw you cheat on the exame,I am going to trun you in to the teacher.
     我看到你在考试时作弊，我会到老师那里举报你。
Phrase: turn something in  上交
Eg: Luckily someone have turned my wallet in.
      非常幸运有人上交了我的皮夹子

4, sin, 抢劫
    sinner 抢劫的人
Eg: Hate the sin,don`t hate the sinner
     讨厌抢劫这种行为，不要讨厌抢劫的人
