1.主语是：time
   主干是：time is temporary,time is life-long               
           时间是短暂的，时间是终生的。

2.逗号后面其实省略了一些成分。看多了英语谚语你就会感觉到。

3.“the study pain ”和“has not learned the pain ”
   都是做定语成分。修饰time：什么样的时间呢？哦~"学习时感到痛苦的时间" 后面是"没有学到东西时感到痛苦的时间"
