在报纸上面经常能看见学生宿舍失窃的案件，而我们学校类似的案件也非常多。几乎每个月学生宿舍都会发生失窃案件，而被偷的东西几乎无一例外地是昂贵的笔记本电脑。对此，学生是怨言颇多，多次要求学校加强管理，提高安保水平。但是学校也总是找借口推卸责任。对于宿舍失窃案件，你是如何看待的？你觉得失窃是谁的责任？

Occur Almost every month dormitory occu rthefts in the dormitories, and the stolen things, without exception,  is almost always expensive laptops. In this regard, students are complaining a lot, repeatedly asked the school to strengthen management and improve security levels. But the school is always looking for an excuse to shirk responsibility. For dormitory thefts, do you think of that? Who do you think is the responsibility of theft?
