Recently, a network-writer in Chengdu announced that he will participate in this year's election of deputies in Chengdu through MicroBlog to the outside world . As he is a  popular network-writer,  when the news came out it caused great repercussions. Vast majority of Internet users support his approach,  hopeing that he can change people's concept of political participation. some experts also give a positive evaluation on thatsaying this  there will be  a positive impact  in China's political environment .
