I met the same as you, i am restudy English now, do not worry about it.

For me, every day,I visite Ting Room, read and write something in English, thought something you do not know how to say, must in English,forget Chinese deeply.

And view the goods place, to see other how to learn English, what they do everything, and reply some meesagge, and wrie your story in it, put some picture in your personal web, some one to view your messge and picture and give some message ,it is a very happy thing.
