Topic: At the immigration office 在移民局

A: Your passport  and landing proof, please. Who will you be staying with, Mr.Wang?

Trans: 请出示护照和入境证件。王先生，你将会与谁一起居住？

B: I’ll be staying alone

Trans：我自己住

A: Where will you be staying?

Trans: 你将住在哪里？

B: I’ll be staying in Ottawa

Trans：我将住在渥太华

A: will you get a job here?

Trans：你会在这儿找工作吗？

B: I certainly hope so. You see, I’m an accountant

Trans：我当然希望了，我是个会计师

A: Ok, Mr,Wang, I’ll have to ask you to sign here on this paper. You’ll have to keep this paper attached to your passport. You’ll need it every time you leave and come back to the country

Trans：好的，王先生，你需要在这张纸的这个位置上签名，并把这张纸夹在护照中，而你每次出入境时都需要出示这张纸

B: When will I get the Canadian passport?

Trans:我何时才能拿到加拿大护照呢?

A: Not until you’ve become a Canadian citizen. After you’ve lived here for there years, you can apply for Canadian citizenship

Trans:直至你成为加拿大公民后。而你只要在这里住满三年，就可以申请成为加拿大公民

B: I see.

Trans：我知道了



Part 2: English bulletin board:

过去进行时的基本用法：
1） 概念：表示过去某时正在进行的状态或动作。
2） 过去进行时的主要用法是描述一件事发生的背景；一个长动作发生的时候，另一个短动作发生。
My brother fell while he was riding his bicycle and hurt himself.　
It was raining when they left the station.
When I got to the top of the mountain, the sun was shining.

    immigration office,I think I can express myself freely some day when facing the immigration officers.
