I couldn't agree more的意思是"我完全同意"还是"我不大同意"??

I couldn't agree more. 我非常同意。

couldn't 不是否定的意思吗?
agree mean is "同意"
more mean is"更多的,进一步"
那合起来不是"我不同意"吗?
为什么英文用了否定词中文翻译过来却是肯定句呢??

翻译成中文“我同意的不能再同意你了”
就好比“喜欢的不能再喜欢了”一样
