At one tent camp in the Delmas neighborhood, Lifrane Herold runs a small medical clinic backed by a local church.
Lifrane Herold在当地教堂的赞助下，在Delmas附近的一个帐篷内开办了一个诊疗所。

He says, with limited resources, they struggle to offer pre-natal care to about 40 pregnant women there.
他说，由于目前医疗条件有限，他们只能勉强为这里大约40名孕妇提供产前照料。

Herold says some of the women are nearly ready to give birth, and others are about three to four months pregnant.
他说其中一些妇女都快临产了，而其他的都大约怀了三至四个月的身孕。

Herold pointed out three pregnant women nearby, who are in their early 20s.
Herold指着附近的三个孕妇，她们都才20岁出头。
