listen to the material carefully,although it is difficult and sometime you can't write down the correct answer.As long as you have tried,whatever you write down will be the harvest of yours.You should believe that only by accumulating little by little could you learn English welll.so come on.

We talked last week about ways to avoid cold-weather injuries. Today we are going to talk about emergency treatment of hypothermia.

You feel so cold that your body starts to shake -- not very much, but uncontrollably.

你会感觉很冷，身体发抖 -- 抖得不是很严重，但不受控制。

The treatment for mild hypothermia starts with getting out of the cold and, if necessary, changing into dry clothes.

轻度低温症的治疗从脱离寒冷环境开始。如果有必要，换上干爽的衣服。

Drinking warm, non-alcoholic liquids and eating something sugary can stop the shivering.

多喝不含酒精的热饮料以及吃含糖食物可以停止发抖。
