listen to the material carefully,although it is difficult and sometime you can't write down the correct answer.As long as you have tried,whatever you write down will be the harvest of yours.You should believe that only by accumulating little by little could you learn English welll.so come on.

W: Hmm. Hey, wait. This has an Apple on it. Is this an Apple computer?
M: Yes, it's a Macintosh. It's Apple. Macintosh and Apple are the same thing.

W: I don't want Macintosh. I want PC. 
M: I'm sorry,____________________________________.

W: What? Are you serious?
M: Yes. 

W: But nobody uses Macintosh!
M: That's not true. Most of the students and professors in the university here use Macintosh. They find it is better for writing and word processing, and that is what students mostly do. 

W: Hmm. ________________________________. I'm sorry. 
M: No, don't be sorry. It's reasonable to ask your friends. But believe me, most of the students here in the university—Asian students included—most of them use Apple.

W: Well, thanks for your advice. ______________________.
M: You're very welcome. Here is my card, if you need any help

but the university computer sold only on Macintosh equipments.
I think I should ask some of my friends for advice for make the information
I'll possibely come back later.
