listen to the material carefully,although it is difficult and sometime you can't write down the correct answer.As long as you have tried,whatever you write down will be the harvest of yours.You should believe that only by accumulating little by little could you learn English welll.so come on.

The Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has easily defeated his nearest rival, Kizza Besigye, in the presidential election. With almost all the votes in, President Museveni has 68%. His supporters are jubilant, but Dr Besigye has dismissed the election as rigged.

"______________________________. And clearly, the institutions of state charged with the management of the elections have failed our country."

It's Ugandan English!

A lot of African English speakers are with strong accents. They pause a lot when speaking and often at the wrong place, which make it hard to understand them.
