listen to the material carefully,although it is difficult and sometime you can't write down the correct answer.As long as you have tried,whatever you write down will be the harvest of yours.You should believe that only by accumulating little by little could you learn English welll.so come on.

W: Well, Mr. Brown. How's your apartment working out for you? 
M: Well, Mrs. Nelson. That's what I would like to talk to you about. (What?) Well, I want to talk to you about that noise! (Oh) You see. Would you mind talking to the tenant in 4B and ask him to keep his music down, especially after 10:00? 
W: Oh. Who me? 
M: Why yes. _______________________________________________. 
W: Hey, I just collect the rent. Besides, the man living there is the owner's son, and he's a walking refrigerator. (Well…) Hey, I'll see what I can do. Anything else?
M: Well, yes. Could you talk to the owners of the property next door about the pungent odor drifting this way.
W: Well, ____________________________, so there's nothing much I can do about that. 
M: Well, what about the… . That, that noise. 
W: What noise? I don't hear anything. 

W: What noise? 
M: That noise.

the music is blaring over everynight and that should be your job to take care everything
the area is ......is not my ......
you never told me about that before ...

1. The music is blowing almost every night and it should be your job as manager to take care of things.
2.The area is don't-for -agriculture on my stock use.
3. You never told me about this problem before i signed the rental agreement.
