  雪在雪之上,水在水之上,叶子在叶子之上,雨在雪之上。
    第一首俳句为《每日新闻社》2007年俳句大赛的金奖作品。
   

    Silence of dawn
    The snow drifts down
    On top of fallen snow

    寂静的清晨
    雪飘落
    在积雪之上
    The sound of water
    On top of water
    The shadow of a leaf
    Upon another leaf
    —Paul Claudel (France)
    水荡漾
    在水之上
    叶子的影子
    在另一片叶子上
    Downtown Kyoto …
    falling down on the deep snow
    night rain

    京都市中心
    落在厚厚的雪上
