得知自己没被预约登记时

B:I'm sorry ,we don't have your reservation.抱歉！没有你的预约。
A:I'm sure I have a reservation.我确定已预约。
Will you try to find my name again?请你再找一下我的名字好吗？
Please try once more.请再找找看。
Please try under"T."请再找找看名字开头是T的。
I made a reservation last week before I left Taibei.This is the confirmation.
上星期我离开台北时已经预约了，现在要确示。
B:I'm sorry,I've looked it over,and I still can't find your name.抱歉，我都查过了，但我还是找不到你的名字。
A:Something must be wrong.Do you have a room tonight?一定是出发差错，你们今晚有房间吗？
B:I'm sorry.We don't have any available rooms.抱歉，我们没有任何空房间。
A:Well,my reservation was confirmed,so could you call the manager,please?
哦，我的预约已确定，请你叫一下经理好吗？

我想提个建议：你的这个排版要改一下，这样看很费力。不如英文一行，中文一行，中间有点间距，不然看的眼睛好累。
