1，我们活着就是为了全心全意为人民服务。
   we live to serve the people heart and soul .
2,我的朋友在洗衣服，但是他的心思没在这上头。
    my friend did washing m but his heart and soul  was not in it !


hang about "闲逛,游荡"


for instance :

1,who tell you I hang about with a gang ?
  谁告诉你我和一帮坏孩子鬼混的？
2, he did not like to hang about all day doing nothing .
   他不喜欢整天闲逛什么事也没干。

practice :

1，我不可能磨磨蹭蹭的，因为我要赶着去上班。、
2，我送菜的时候，你可以在这儿逛一逛。

dishes means 器皿, but not pluralism of dish.

    dishes很少用作“器皿”的意思，一般情况下都是dish的复数形式。表示“菜肴，餐具”的意思
