Hi, Ban, what's the matter with you? Well, I'm stressed out.Oh, I see, why don't you get some exercise? When I'm stressed out,I go for a run.I don't know, maybe. Come on, Ben,you have to focous, I know you stressed out.Well, I did go for a long walk yesterday with Lucy in the country, but then I had trouble sleeping and I walk up this morning with a headache.That's too bad, what about going to the gym,you could work out and get off of your stress.I don't think so, it's too hard.I think I'd just get some sleep.That's a great way to relex.Yeah, and listening to music helps too.When I listen to music,I usually fall a sleep,and I want to have a hot bath and relex.That's sound good.
