1，我最近感觉身体不适。
I've been feeling under the weather recently.
2，心情不好可能是过渡放纵造成的。
feeling under the weather may be a result of overindulgence.

use up“用完，耗尽”

for instance:
1.we will use up our gas tomorrow.
我们明天就会耗尽汽油了。
2，don't let yesterday use up too much of today.
不要让昨天消耗太多的今天。

practice:
1，燃烧的蜡烛会用尽杯里的空气吗？
2，因为他们消耗掉二氧化碳，所以他们非常有用。

try to translate these sentences into english.
