1 人们通常会发现，法律就是这样一种的网，触犯法律的人，小的可以穿网而过，大的可以破网而出，只有中等的才会坠入网中。

people always find that the law is such a network, people who break the law, the little can pass through it, the great can break through, and only the middle-sized may fall into it.
2 我不同意你说的话，但是我愿意誓死捍卫你说话的权利。
I don't agree with what you said, but I'm willing to defy death to defend your right to say it.

The law is usually known as such a net in which suspects involved in bigger cases  break through, the smaller slip away, only the mediem stay.
